Striker Marko Arnautovic worn home Austria International shirt, worn during the World Cup 2018 qualifier vs Serbia in Vienna, Austria.
Played at the Ernst-Happel Stadion, on Friday 6th October 2017.
Austria, who had already been knocked out of the group, won 3-2 in the 89th minute, with Arnautovic scoring the 2-1 goal for Austria, Serbia who would have qualified directly for the World Cup in Russia in the summer of 2018, if they had held on for a point, but were denied on the night.
International player worn shirts are very difficult to get especially from a major tournament qualifiers, with many of the players swapping, or giving them to friends, family, and many keep them.
To have this worn Arnautovic Austria shirt, with this much solid providence i have, is only slightly soured by the fact as i put this shirt in the collection, it looks like Marko is on his way to China...
This shirt has been laundered by the Serbia kit man, in a very hot program, there is a lot of fading to the badging, names and numbers.
Noticeable differences to the player issue shirt, the material is dry cell, different is feel, and cut, and the Puma logos and Austrian badge are plastic transfers, as apposed to the sewn embroidered badges on the replica version.
